Position Summary

Assess bed availability.

Assess patients waiting and develop a plan for all Admissions and Transfers where appropriate. Communication of placement plan.

Identify Clinical and Departmental barriers and contact appropriate personnel.

Identification and documentation of system issues.

Minimum Requirements

BSN required. MSN preferred.

NC RN license required.

Five years of clinical experience, with at least one year of management or leadership experience is required.

Evidence of progressive leadership qualities is required
