Position Summary

Responsible for development and cultivation of physician relationships as it relates to growth strategies for ECU Health. Manage activity, communicate information about health system services and physicians, gather market intelligence and utilize reporting resources within health system. Responsible for the execution of annual outreach plan that aligns with the strategic framework for identified service lines, markets and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience, preferably in health care as physician liaison, marketing, sales, population health, customer service, business development, or referrals.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Team oriented individual who is also self-motivated and able work well independently.
  • Ability to self-manage calendar and resources including travel, networking, marketing and entertainment budget.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, clinical/medical acumen and excellent problem-solving skills.
