Position Summary
Primarily responsible for business analysis and business case development as part of the annual planning, project intake and exception process for small to medium complexity projects. Provide input in defining strategic framework for each fiscal year as well as 3 - 5 year roadmaps. Active contributor to organizational change management and project key message communication activities.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS Degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum two - three years' experience working in a Business Analyst or Project Manager position in a healthcare IT environment with significant customer exposure.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Preferred Requirements
IT Operations and Lifecycle Management exposure and or participation.
Process improvement exposure and/or participation.
CBAP Certification a plus.
CPHIMS a plus.
Other Information
Full time with benefits. This is a hybrid position. Ideal candidates will be within reasonable driving distance to VMC.
