Position Summary

The Project Manager I is responsible for the management of key Information Services projects throughout the project life cycle by following Vidant Health's Project Management Framework and system development lifecycle methodology.

Management of Information Services projects ranging from small to medium project size and low to moderate complexity under direct supervision of a more seasoned project or program manager. The projects will be managed utilizing the PM framework and methodology guidelines to deliver initiatives on schedule and on budget while meeting the needs of the project sponsor units.

Projects may be cross-functional in nature and may require participation across multiple business units.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
