Vidant Medical Center is a 900+ bed Level-1 Trauma Center, regional referral hospital and is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health. We serve as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Vidant Medical Center provides acute, intermediate, rehabilitation and outpatient services to more than 1.4 million people in 29 counties. Position Summary

  • Primary duties will be related to community COVID initiatives both within and external of the organization. Responsible for creating the first impression of the organization's services to patients and families and other external customers.
  • Work in a COVID related role within the Vidant Health System, in varying settings that may include regional medical clinic settings, office environments, mobile testing sites, laboratory settings, and/or hospital settings.  Support Vidant's mission to meet the needs of region wide communities in response to the COVID pandemic, related resources, testing initiatives, treatment options, and vaccination initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent (GED) is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/PC-based applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) required
  • Valid NCDL required if position involves driving





 

Other Information

  • Part time position, 20 hours per week.  Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm and either Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or Monday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
