Position Summary

  • Provide leadership with value added information and analysis related to all aspects of operations and performance.

  • Review and monitor key performance indicators and statistics, identifying and communicating variances and shifts in practice and performance.

  • Provide research and additional data mining to give leadership understanding and explanation of changes in performance.

  • Design and maintain monitoring, communication and feedback strategies with leadership.

  • Participate in the identification and formation strategies to identify and correct lagging performers while seeking to identify and replicate leading performers.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 yr college degree is required.

  • 3 to 4 years related experience in Data Management and/or Process Improvement Work is required.
