Vidant Medical Center is a 900+ bed Level-1 Trauma Center, regional referral hospital and is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health. We serve as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Vidant Medical Center provides acute, intermediate, rehabilitation and outpatient services to more than 1.4 million people in 29 counties. Position Summary

Outreach Supervisors oversee the operations of off-site Outreach locations. The Outreach Supervisor provides general supervision in the absence of VMC Pathology managers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • 3-4 years of related related work experience in clinical laboratory in a hospital, clinic, military, or commercial referral laboratory
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Other Information

  • Full time position with benefits
  • 5 positions available
  • Team member would work 12 hour shifts. The Units (COVID site, Main Lab and Outreach hours are between 6:30am to 11:30pm. Team member would rotate between these departments. Specific work hours will be determined based on need and discuss if interviewed)
