Position Summary

The rehab therapy manager is a member of the hospital management staff. The Rehab Manager provides close liaison between departmental personnel, physicians, and hospital administration. The rehab manager functions as a leader, innovator, coordinator, and change agent in the pursuit of improved operations, and is accountable for quality and financial outcomes. Rehab Manager oversees the operation of the following services: physical therapy, and speech therapy.

Minimum Requirements

  • College Degree (4 years)    
  • Major: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
  • Three to Five Years related experience
  • NC license in OT, PT, or SLP
  • Knowledge of all Rehab equipment
  • Ability to remain focused and organized
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Electronic Health Record/Cadence knowledge for scheduling patients and documentation of care
