The rehab therapy manager is a member of the hospital management staff. The Rehab Manager provides close liaison between departmental personnel, physicians, and hospital administration. The rehab manager functions as a leader, innovator, coordinator, and change agent in the pursuit of improved operations, and is accountable for quality and financial outcomes. Rehab Manager oversees the operation of the following services: physical therapy, and speech therapy.
