Oversees and is directly responsible for the operations and service delivery of all physician practices within the assigned area.
Develops and refines processes to continually improve practice operations including workflows, physician and team member recruiting/engagement, financial/budget development and monitoring, quality and population health initiatives, patient access, physician compensation, and patient experience.
Partners with Vidant Medical Group, hospital, and organization leadership in a number of strategic initiatives aimed at practice growth.
4 year college degree.
Healthcare Management, Business or Related Field.
MHA or MBA with progressive multi-site practice management experience preferred.
5 plus years of experience.
Healthcare Management experience preferred.
CMPE or FACHE Certification preferred.
