Position Summary

  • Provides guidance to the Vice President of Operations for Vidant Medical Group, Director, Physician Compensation and Regional Operations Directors on compensation issues.

  • Oversees provider payroll to include deferred compensation, incentives, compensation audits and processing PAFs.

  • Assists with provider onboarding and orientation.

  • Assist with projects and serves as a back-up when needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Batchelors degree is required.

  • Bachelors degree may be substituted with 5 years or more experience in Compensation.

  • 3 to 5 years of Compensation/Human Resources experience is required.

  • Strong Excel Skills preferred.

Other Information

  • Full-Time position - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

  • This will be a hybrid position - on-site and remote.
