The Population Health Management Office (PHMO) supports the development and implementation of population health initiative across Vidant Health. Additionally, the PHMO supports Coastal Plains Network, Vidant Integrated Care and Community Health Improvement at Vidant Health.
The Administrator of Population Health Management Operations is responsible for supporting the direction and leadership of operational, financial, programmatic and personnel activities for the PHMO. This includes establishing, meeting and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives of the PHMO while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives for Vidant Health. While the range of duties and responsibilities is broad and varied, the position's major responsibility is helping direct day-to-day operations that includes budgeting, financial management and human resource management.
The Administrator of Population Health Management Operations works closely with a variety of stakeholders coordinating population health activities across the health system. The Administrator of Population Health Management Operations is a direct report to the President of Vidant Integrated Care.
8-10 years experience.
Bachelors and Masters Required.
2 years of population health management experience preferred.
Prior experience with payor negotiations preferred.
Prior experience with medical practice operations preferred.
Must be willing to travel for meetings; if required.
