This position assists with oversight of customer service, hospitality, and service desk operations and team and contributes to the overall customer experience and success of the wellness center.
Associate degree in Business Management, marketing, or a related health, business or customer service field.
Nationally Recognized CPR Certification (AHA, Red Cross, NSC, ASHI).
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service related business.
Health or wellness program or operations experience preferred.
Year for year of additional experience may be substituted for the required education.
