Vidant Wellness Centers take pride in staffing with the most talented professionals and maintaining an atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone to support each customer on their wellness journey. Our three medical fitness locations in Ahoskie, Greenville, and Washington serve the people of eastern North Carolina with wellness programs, exercise equipment, group exercise classes, personal training, indoor aquatic centers, and exercise is medicine programs.

Position Summary

This position assists with oversight of customer service, hospitality, and service desk operations and team and contributes to the overall customer experience and success of the wellness center.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Management, marketing, or a related health, business or customer service field.

  • Nationally Recognized CPR Certification (AHA, Red Cross, NSC, ASHI).

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service related business.

  • Health or wellness program or operations experience preferred.

  • Year for year of additional experience may be substituted for the required education.
