The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and adjusting daily staffing across Vidant Health in coordination with the Nurse Managers, Administrators and/or Patient Care Coordinators/House Supervisors.
Minimum of high school and 2 years of formal training is required. Two year degree can be in any field. Bachelors degree is preferred.
Proficiency in Word Required. Knowledgeable of healthcare terminology is required.
1 year to 3 years in healthcare required.
Proficiency in Excel Required.
Critical Thinking and Interpersonal Skills Required.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail needed.
Part-Time position - 24 hours per week.
On-Site - 12 hour shifts - rotating.
