Leadership accountability and decision making authority for overall performance of team, service quality and effectiveness, and contribution to organizational mission and priorities. Contribute to strategy development and evaluation and overall leadership and success of the facility and organization. Scope of oversight includes facility and pool operations, service desk, registration and point of sale, customer service and sales, kidzone, and programs.
Nationally Recognized CPR Certification.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, marketing, or related field.
Five to seven years related experience in customer service, sales/marketing, business management, or facility operations including minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
Certified Pool Operator Certification preferred.
