As the Senior Secretary for Minor Emergency, you will act as a personal secretary to the manager over a cost center, handle communication and act as receptionist. You will be required to manage internal and external correspondence such as taking minutes, transcribing, reports, and maintaining confidential files and records. As the personal Senior Secretary to the manager, you will be assisting with monitoring monthly budgets, managing the manager's calendar for meetings, travel, and assist with special events.
High School or greater plus specialized training min 6 months to 2 years or higher
