Position Summary

  • Leadership of Orthopedic and General Surgery Practice in Washington, NC.
  • Provide leadership, direction and administration to aspects of clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of its objectives. 
  • Supervise staff and oversee the activities of Clinic Staff and Providers of Vidant Health Physicians.
  • Ensures the providers' scheduled - both in clinic, OR and on-call. 
  • Verifies processes are smooth and complete for surgical cases scheduled at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Graduate / GED or higher required, preferred BS in Business Administration.
  • Two or more years experience in hospital and primary care setting in a management position.
  • Experience in all areas of a medical office practice.
  • Knowledge of health care rules and regulations.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Requires telephone and computer skills on a daily basis.
  • Must have good public relations skills with the ability to interact with staff and providers.
