As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing direct administrative support for an Executive (Vice President's, Medical Director's, and Assistant VP's). As this position may support more than one Executive and/or Management Staff, you will be required to perform secretarial and clerical duties, coordinate and prepare key meetings, assist with maintaining the Executive and/or Management Staff's schedules and calendars, and assist with reports and finances. This position requires great communication skills, meticulous grammar, editing, writing, and presentation skills. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment in making independent decisions with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
1.Demonstrated ability to work with executives and to coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments,
effectively handle competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn
organization's database, content management system, and other software as needed.
3. Meticulous grammar, editing, writing, presentation and communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment in making independent decisions
with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
This position will be assisting two departments.
