The Tarboro Clinic is located in Tarboro, North Carolina and has over 20 providers and 50 clinical staff members to meet the medical needs of their community and enhance the quality of medical care.
Position Summary
The Staff Nurse demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to provide clinical care and supervise department partnerships to achieve positive patient outcomes. The Staff Nurse demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span, and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information required to identify needs of the patient relative to his/her age and condition.
Minimum Requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Current license as a RN in the state of North Carolina.
Demonstrates competencies in nursing practice.
Basic computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nurses at Vidant Family Medicine Avon Clinic - ACLS is required.
Other Information
Hours - Part-Time - 20 Hours per week.
