The 15-bed ER serves approximately 21,000 patients per year from the local community and surrounding towns. Delivers direct, quality patient care, utilizing at least basic clinical skills and knowledge base at EMT-P level. Assesses patients for medical needs. Develops, implements, and evaluates/revises a plan of care.
HS graduate including 1-2 years formal education or training required.
2-3 years of full-time paramedic pre-hospital care required.
ACLS, PALS, BCLS is required.
NC EMS certification required.
5 years experience is preferred.
NRP is preferred.
This is a full-time position, 36 hours per week, includes weekends and holidays.
Day shift and night positions available.
