A MRI Technologist is qualified by professional credentialing; academic and clinical experience to provide diagnostic patient care services using an approved magnetic imaging scanner. The scope of practice of the MRI Technologist I includes those procedures, acts and processes permitted by law, for which the individual has received education and clinical experience, has demonstrated competency, and has completed the appropriate ARRT (R) MR) certifications which are the standard of practice in magnetic imaging.
ARRT (R) (MR) current certification or MR Registry eligibility.
Preferably an Associate Degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (American Heart Association)
Full time with benefits, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm includes some weekends and holidays.
Relocation allowance if needed (75 miles minimum)
