The Education Instructor / Data Support functions under the direction of the Clinical Education Specialist and the Director of Human Resources. He/she assesses employee's needs to provide educational programming in order to strengthen the organization by providing up-to-date AHA BLS courses. He/she assists in the planning, development, and presentation of programs and projects for health education and other departments at the discretion of the Clinical Education Specialist. He/she coordinates all educational resources and programs throughout the organization. To facilitate the provision of basic life support programs in order to strengthen the organization's commitment to safe, high-quality care, and to assure that regulatory agency standards are met. To assist in the planning, development, presentation, and evaluation of educational programs. Performs duties related to the maintenance of the Center for Learning and Performance.
