Dr. Catherine Cabungcal, a board certified internal medicine physician, joined Vidant Internal Medicine – Washington on Dec. 28.

Cabungcal earned her medical degree from Hahneman University Hospital, now Drexel College of Medicine. Her areas of interest include chronic care management, diabetes mellitus and hypertension.

“I am excited to join Vidant Internal Medicine – Washington because of Vidant’s commitment to providing excellent quality care to people in their local communities,” Cabungcal said. “I will be joining a group of intelligent, highly skilled, compassionate and collegial providers and I think this is a practice in which the community can be proud.”
