HERTFORD, NC – Dr. Bracey Robertson III has joined Vidant Family Medicine in Hertford.

Dr. Robertson specializes in preventative care and wellness screenings and in managing chronic illnesses like diabetes and high blood pressure.

A native of Elizabeth City, he completed his medical education and residency at The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and Vidant Medical Center, where he was co-chief resident in family medicine. He has spent his career practicing in eastern North Carolina, first as a pharmacist, then as a family doctor in private practice and as a hospitalist.

“I’m pleased to serve the people of Hertford and the surrounding area,” Dr. Robertson said. “I hope my training and experience will help them manage their conditions and achieve their best health.”
