Applicants must be graduates of ACPE-accredited schools of pharmacy who have successfully completed (or be completing) an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency. Equivalent experience may be considered. Applicants must be eligible for North Carolina licensure. All materials must be submitted through ASHP’s Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) prior to the deadline of January 3, 2018. Three professional references are required, with each completing a minimum of 10 of the available comment fields. A separate letter of recommendation is not required. Selection of applicants is based upon academic performance, relevant experience, candidate goals, strength of references and on-site interview.
