Position Summary

Vidant Health is conducting a search for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to support recruiting initiatives across the organization.  The TAC will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for identifying, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leadership. The TAC will pursue passive and active candidates via the Application Tracking System, LinkedIn, Indeed, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc 

Recruitment services are:

  • Recruitment for Clinical & Non-Clinical, Corporate, Support Services, and Leadership roles.
  • Serves as a trusting expert for recruiting and as an advisor to hiring leaders.
  • Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful strategies to support the organization’s need.
  • Able to develop and maintains a highly effective candidate engagement strategy to build engaged active and passive candidate pipelines through professional and timely communication.
  • Working closely with hiring leaders to understand their business to become an ambassador for their area and the organization.
  • Create postings to ensure candidate attraction, accurate job summary, and alignment of business objectives with requirements for open positions.
  • Utilizes an energetic and outgoing salesperson approach to share the highlights of the position and working for our organization

Minimum Requirements

  • College Degree (4 yrs)  - Bachelor Degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Certification in Human Resources or Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience (with demonstrated solid experience and knowledge in recruitment and other human resources disciplines including, compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee/labor relations, training and organization development)
