Position Summary

The swim instructor is responsible for the swimming instruction of both group and private swim lessons. Goals and objectives are set depending on the level of group classes or individually between the client and the instructor.

Minimum Requirements

  • Nationally recognized CPR Certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Nationally recognized Water Safety Instructor Certification within 6 months of hire, or at the discretion of the hiring supervisor.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience preferred, but not mandatory at the discretion of the hiring supervisor.
