Position Summary

  • The Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the operation to assure that operational timelines and standards are followed and consistently met, employees are completing their assigned duties, cash handling policies and procedures are followed and stellar customer service is provided. The expectation is that this position follows their key responsibilities even when assigned to and working another retail position.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School or equivalent is required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English (Bilingual in Spanish is encouraged)
  • Ability to complete Serve Safe Certification within the 1st year of employment is required.  Must be able to become recertified every 3 years.
  • 1 - 3 years experience is a large volume retail food service either in a retail operation or institutional setting. Cash handling and customer service experience a must. Supervision of minimum of 5 or more people .
