Position Summary

  • Maintains adequate personnel coverage in all Diagnostic areas.
  • Prepares schedules monthly, approves vacations, sick leave, and Holidays.
  • Prepares and administers employee performance appraisals.
  • Recommends personnel action.
  • Ensures that defined orientation program is completed.
  • Supervises acquisition, storage, and distribution of supplies.
  • Collaborates with QC Technologist/service personnel daily to insure prompt and efficient maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Acts as troubleshooter to provide liaison between Radiologist/attending physicians and staff.
  • Prepares monthly report.
  • Attends Management Advisory Committee (M.A.C.) meetings.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus 2 years or more of formal training or education. Specify: AMA  C.A.H.E.A. accredited program in Radiologic Technology certificate Or Associate College Degree:
  • Registration or Certification: Current R.T.R. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.)
  • Related Work Experience: Minimum of  four (4) years experience as a Staff Technologist.

Other Information

  • Must be able to work 3rd shift.
  • Hours are Monday-Friday / 11pm-7:30am.
