Position Summary

  • This individual will be responsible for actively participating in the entire data collection, entry, and information production process. The individual must be able to work with all data sources, including but not limited to chart review and analysis. The individual must be able to communicate via telephone, internet, one-on-one, and group settings. Must be a self-starter, motivated, and maintain confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates degree required (Business Administration, Medical Office Administration, Office Administration, Construction Equipment Systems Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, preferred Associates Degrees; will consider equivalent experience (two years of advanced secretarial work experience in a hospital setting or industrial service department.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills a must.
  • Must be able to perform minor lifting, to not exceed 25 pounds.
  • The ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to constantly changing situations.is a must.
  • Requires ability to interact with a variety of people and handle conflict.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in a hospital setting.

Other Information

  • Full-Time position - 40 hours per week.
