Responsibilities

  • The Staff Nurse demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to provide clinical care and supervise department partnerships to achieve positive patient outcomes. The Staff Nurse demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span, and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information required to identify needs of the patient relative to his/her age and condition.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current license as an RN in the state of North Carolina.
  • Demonstrates competencies in nursing practice.
  • Basic computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in Women's Health/OB.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR.
  • Lab experience.
  • Experience with procedure sterile fields.

Other Information

  • Duties will include office visit flow of patients and assisting with minor office procedures.
  • Hours will include Mon-Thurs 8:00 am-5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am-1:00 pm.
  • Full time 40 hours per week.
