About Vidant Home Health and Hospice

At Vidant Home Health and Hospice, we believe that no family should have to face terminal illness or the death of a loved one alone. Our hospice team provides support for patients and the families of patients with a limited life expectancy. Using a team approach, we work to meet the special physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of our patients and families.

About Vidant Home Health and Hospice

Home Health and Hospice services include skilled nursing, therapy, home health aide, social work services and hospice care as needed. Families are included in all care plans according to your wishes.

"Home health provides one with the opportunity to know the people in our community and provide the care that is needed. I find great satisfaction in providing care in someone’s home and thereby keeping them out of a hospital or an institution."
