At Vidant Home Health, we know that some patients recovering from an illness or injury don’t need to be in a hospital setting, but they do need supervised medical care. We know that patients and families want to be in caring hands. Our Home Health services allow patients to recover at home in a more comfortable environment.


Vidant home health and hospice is looking for an Experienced Clinical and Community Liaison. This rewarding career will require a registered nurse to coordinate care for patients when leaving acute health settings and returning home. This individual must work well independently and within a team environment. Must be confident and capable of building positive relationships with the hospitals personnel, providers and community at large. Must be able to work weekends.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 year college degree in Nursing, Allied Health field, Marketing, Communications or related field. RN preferred.
  • 2 additional years experience in home health/hospice marketing with Associates degree in Nursing may substitute for required Bachelors degree.
  • Playmaker training preferred. Health care marketing/sales training preferred.
  • Valid NC driver's license and required insurance limits; frequent travel throughout the Vidant service area.   Position requires a flexible schedule with some weekends and evenings.
