Position Summary

  • As a Quality professional, the position leads, facilitates, and acts as a consultant on organizational performance improvement, process change, and quality initiatives. This occurs in collaboration with executive leaders, physician leaders, and key hospital staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree required, Nursing, Allied Health, or Other Related Degrees (such as MHA, MBA with Healthcare Concentration).
  • Current NC RN licensure required.
  • 2- 3 years experience in leadership, quality rep or management role required.
  • 5 years clinical experience.
  • Previous experience working in performance improvement, health care quality, lean experience, and experience working with teams that drive improvement for healthcare organizations.
