Position Summary

  • Collaborates with Manager to achieve program objectives and overall program mission.
  • Assists with the development and planning of programs to support the department.
  • Develops relationships with and acts as a liaison to internal and external contacts.
  • Assists with data collection, data entry and other computer needs supporting department objectives as appropriate.
  • Attends staff meetings and assists program staff to meet department needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus 2 years or more of formal training or education.
  • 2 to 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Program Assistant or Database Support.
  • One year of progressively related experience, beyond three years may be substituted for 1 year of the required education, with a maximum substitution of two years.
