  • Maintains physician database and conducts customized searches, including running weekly reports.
  • Assists with arrangements for permanent and locum candidates, including itineraries and hotel reservations. Prepares IPFs for contingency and locum agreements.
  • Tracks status of outstanding recruitment agreements using the contract update system.
  • Assists physician recruiter with arrangements and set up for medical recruitment fairs.
  •  Processes expense reports/invoices as needed for permanent candidates and locums.
  •  Establishes and maintains up-to-date files, records and systems.
  • Assists physician recruiter with communication, correspondence, and special projects as needed.
  • Handles all IT request for recruitment team and all office maintenance for the recruitment suite.
  • Assists with sourcing of candidates as needed. 
  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age of the patient. Performsother duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus two or more years of formal training or education. 
  • Degree in Health Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related. Two year degree preferred. 
  • The ability to communicate and deal tactfully with a variety of diverse individuals is essential.
  • One to two years exerience in database entry, marketing, human resources, or similar role in a healthcare setting preferred.
