Position Summary

  • The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services to Inpatients of Vidant Beaufort Hospital and Outpatients in the community ranging from neonates to the elderly. 
  • The Physical Therapy Assistant carries out treatment programs developed by a licensed physical therapist and assists with other duties as assigned by the Director. 
  • The Assistant may also provide services at Vidant Multispecialty Clinic in Belhaven.

Minimum Requirements

  • Licensed in North Carolina to practice as PTA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
