Position Summary

  • The Phlebotomist is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to all patients, visitors, and employees of our facility.
  • The phlebotomist secretary performs certain clinical tasks that he or she has been approved to perform through an educational or clinical check off by a qualified member of the staff to include specimen collection and patient education. 
  • In addition to this, the phlebotomist is responsible for all clerical duties associated with maintaining a well organized laboratory.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus specialized training min 6 months to 2 years or higher.
  • Certified Phlebotomist.

  • This is an as needed position.
