Position Summary

Pharmacy Technicians are a foundation of the pharmacy department and drive many of the workflow activities. The expectations are to support the mission, vision, and core values of Vidant Health and the pharmacy department.?? Further expectations are to actively engage in professional self-development and take a proactive approach to learning.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent (GED) or higher
  • Zero to two years related experience

Preferred Requirements

  • PTCB Certification - CPhT
  • Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree - Pharmacy Technology
  • One year of experience in hospital or retail pharmacy setting
