Position Summary

Physically receive and put away all Pharmacy medication orders from vendors. Receives all orders in the computer correcting over shipments and shortages. Pull orders for Pharmacy areas as well as all hospital areas and complete in computer. Delivers floor stock to all patient care areas and records information in Lawson. Pre-packs loose medications into unit dose packages. Check for out of date inventory, makes inventory adjustments to Lawson. Validates inventory counts. Operates cash register for outpatient areas.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus one year of training or education (Pharmacy Technician)
  • 3 months to 1 year experience in a Pharmacy setting is required
  • Prefer that candidates have experience in inventory management
  • Certified Pharmacy technician preferred

  • Full time with benefits
  • Hours are Monday - Friday (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) with possibility of some Saturdays
