Position Summary

Answer incoming calls to customer service phone line. Process over-the-phone payments. Investigate and adjudicate patient questions and complaints . Record, enter, and process patient-provided information into the billing system.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate college degree in Business or health related field required. 
  • 1-3 years experience in medical billing, customer service, and claims processing required.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working in professional or hospital insurance follow up.
  • Experience taking patient calls and assisting customers with resolving billing issues.
  • EPIC experience preferred.
