About Vidant Medical Center

Vidant Medical Center is a fully accredited, 900+ bed regional referral facility encompassing a Level-1 Trauma Center and extensive inpatient and outpatient services including intensive and intermediate care, pediatrics, bariatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, pain management and psychiatry.

Responsibilities

  • Provides information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Greets and assists patients and guests in and out of their vehicles, opening all vehicle doors for them.
  • Assists handicapped/infirmed persons via wheelchair to enter facility
  • Parks and retrieves guest vehicles as needed, utilizing proper valet techniques, safety, and recording of transaction in log. 
  • Monitors designated parking area and access control equipment  

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.   Valid NC Driving License required.   Good driving record (DMV).  Employee must be able to operate manual and/or automatic vehicles. 

Other Information

  • 1 part time vacancy, hours will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, may work  hours prior to 8:00 am as needed.
