Physically able to lift, push, pull +50lbs

Interpersonal Skills - Works in cooperation with other to accomplish department and hospital objectives. Attitude - Demonstrates positive effort to accomplishes department and hospital functions. Communication - Communicates effectively with others and follows the prescribed channels of communication. Punctuality - Arrives in assigned department as scheduled.
Route information to proper person/department. Answers phone.
Orders Paint and Materials in Proper Color and Quanities.
Sand and Refinishes doors. Strips Paint and Varnish. Repairs Walls and Ceilings. Repairs Plaster. Paints Walls & Ceilings.
Be able to function in extremely tight, high or underground working areas. Be able to function in extreme temperatures. (Both hot and cold)
Be available for 24 hour call.
Ability to function independently Ability to handle numerous interrruptions. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to work efficiently with others
Able to stand/walk most of an eight hour day
High School Graduate or Equivalent
At least 5 years on-the-job painting experience, related Work Experience
Knowledge of Plaster Repairs.
Hanging of Drywall.
Be able to work in extreme temperatures (Hot or Cold).
PRN position (as needed)
Be available for 24 hour call.
