Position Summary

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day to day  supervision and coordination of service provision for his / her clinical area. This responsibility also includes assisting with overall operations for the practice location. Assures effective monitoring of clinical scheduling processes and workload distribution.  Supervises clinical staff and oversees service delivery. Participates in quality assurance and compliance activities including but not limited to clinical record reviews. Serves as clinical resource and support to staff. Ensures available resources for provision of patient care and services. Ensures office based functions occur timely and accurately. Provides individualized patient care support and services appropriate to the age of the patient.

Minimum Requirements

  • Asssociate Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or temporary North Carolina licensure or meet requirements to hold.RN licensure in a compact state.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting or related required.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
