  • Responsible for the day to day coordination of clinical services including provision of care and service delivery. Assureseffective monitoring of clinical scheduling processes and workload distribution.
  • Supervises clinical staff and oversees service delivery. Participates in quality assurance and compliance activities.
  • including but not limited to clinical record reviews. Serves as clinical resource and support to staff.
  • Assists with overall operations for clinical locations. Ensures available resources for provision of patient care and services. Ensures office based functions occur timely and accurately.
  • Provides individualized patient care support and services appropriate to the age of the patient.

Minimum Requirements

  • Asssociate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.

  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or temporary North Carolina licensure or meet requirements to hold.

  • RN licensure in a compact state.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting or related required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
