About Vidant Duplin Hospital

Vidant Duplin Hospital is an 81-bed, not-for-profit hospital, located in Kenansville, North Carolina. The newly renovated, 15-bed ER serves approximately 22,000 patients per year from the local community and surrounding towns.


  • Assist staff and healthcare team to ensure optimal care and to provide and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

  • Communicates to a licensed nurse any changes in patients' status or any significant changes found when obtaining data.

  • Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

  • Supports the organization's vision and mission.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus additional years of formal training or education required.

  • Current CPR American Heart Association.

  • The NAII must be a graduate of an approved course of study for the NA I and NAII Program and have a current listing with NC Division of Facility Services as a NA I and NAII with the Board of Nursing in the State of N.C.

Other Information

  • Full-tIme Night position available
  • Every other weekend.
