Position Summary

Oversight, quality assurance and management of multidisciplinary disease site teams for Vidant Cancer Care. Works directly with executive director and multidisciplinary steering committee physician lead to define, disseminate and implement physician driven initiatives designed to achieve quality benchmarks established by the director and MDSC physician lead including but not limited to: facilitating timely patient access to multidisciplinary services, facilitating multidisciplinary treatment planning and weekly cancer conferences and monitoring efficacy in minimizing time from diagnosis to establishment of treatment plan, time from establishment of treatment plan to implementation and adherence to survivorship care plans once treatment is complete. This position will also work directly with the executive director to facilitate outside resources and expertise to better define and guide goals and objectives of cancer program as a whole.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare and / or data management field is required.
  • 5 years or greater experience in a Health care setting where large databases are employed is required.
