  • Record and document work in CMMS via hand held tablet.  Maintain and repair exhaust, supply, and return fans, fan coils. Use tools of trade. Understand basic BAS Operations (chiller, AHU, …) Perform Utility System PMs. Operate fire alarm front end. Respond to basic work orders and perform necessary repair (thermostats, belts, water leaks, heating / cooling …). Answer phones and monitor alarms in the Plant Operation’s Control Room. Round the hospital’s mechanical and electrical rooms.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus 1 year but less than 2 years of formal training or education is required. Industrial Maintenance or related degree is required.
  • Welding, plumbing, electrical, electronic and computer training is required.
  • 2 Years related experience may be substituted for education beyond high school. This experience can be obtained working in the field of Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics, Property Management, Industrial Mantenance or related Military Maintenace Training. 
  • 1 to 3 years experience in Property Management, Industrial Maintenance, Refrigeration Contractor and Electrical Contractor is required.
  • Valid NC Drivers License is required.
