Responsibilities

  • Marketing Analytics: On an ongoing basis, forecast and monitor customer behavior and value across various campaign segments with the goal of increasing customer loyalty to Vidant Health.
  • Participates in team efforts in measure marketing performance reports (including predictive models) to aid in decision making.
  • Analyze the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends, and third party data sources to constantly identify new marketing opportunities and / or potential threats.
  • Analyze and present strategic insights to identify strategic opportunities for division and company as a whole.
  • Serve as divisional resource to share insights and identify growth opportunities to help develop marketing strategies that optimize the capabilities of Vidant Health's customer relationship technologies and systems.
  • Research and assist in the selection and installation of data mining and analytics tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate in the development of campaign strategies in support of the approved marketing strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director, Planning Director, Physician Relations Director, Digital Media Director, Creative Services Manager and Customer Relationship Managers to manage campaigns that utilize the call center and customer relationship management tools including but not limited to: direct mail, email acquisition channel, outbound call channels.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage production and deployment schedules of campaigns throughout their lifecycles.
  • Collaboratively work with creative resources to design and execute marketing campaigns to test validity and campaign effectiveness that support the overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Coordinate as necessary with the IS, Finance, call center, customer relationship management vendor, digital agency of record, advertising agency of record and fulfillment departments.
  • Position serves as subject matter expert for handling organizational questions and requests initiated through the website (web chat/call me back/events), call center and CRM tools.
  • Also provides ongoing staff training in customer relationship management, events online and call center tools
  • Daily Operations: Manage the implementation and support of call center and customer relationship management tools.
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with call center and customer relationship management vendors to ensure accuracy of information provided to consumers
  • Implementation and support maintenance of new call center lines for new hospital acquisitions, services, etc.
  • Develop and implement call management protocols for system content and consumer complaints.
  • Manage budget for outside vendor resources to ensure division is fiscally responsible.
  • Also serve as the project manager for special projects and duties as assigned by Marketing Director 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a major in marketing, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Three years or greater experience required; preferably in marketing Analytics, call centers or CRMs.
  • Knowledge of health care industry preferred.
