  • Assists in the orientation and instructions of student and new staff members
  • Follows proper procedures and policies for all aspects of the job.
  • Attempts to understand patients needs and responds accordingly. 
  •  Refers problems unable to personally solves to the Laboratory Manager/Supervisor.
  • Demonstrates an ability to access the situation, consider the alternatives and choose the appropriate course of action.
  • Uses procedure manuals to solve problems without always calling supervisor.
  • Provides proper notification for absence or tardiness (2hr ahead of time)

Minimum Requirements 

  • High school diploma
  • Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician

  • Rotating Shifts
  • 11 am - 7 pm everyother weekend
