Position Summary

  • Assess psychosocial functioning. 
  • Plan and implement direct and indirect social work services.
  • Must have working knowledge of the principles and practices of social work and community agencies, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with providers in the office.
  • 25% travel involved

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work required: MSW
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker required.
  • 5 years of experience required.
  • Previous training/work in Outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
  • 25% travel required
